AI Privacy Terms

Lyro provides AI image editing features through systems operated by us. This notice explains how image uploads, prompts, masks, edits, and generated outputs are handled.

We do not send user editing data to third-party AI services for generation, and we do not use personal information or user content to train general-purpose AI or foundation models.

Uploaded images, prompts, masks, and generated edits are kept only to provide the requested editing workflow and are automatically deleted from our servers no later than 36 hours after creation, unless you delete them sooner.

AI editing is processed on systems operated by Lyro.

No user content is used to train general-purpose AI models.

No facial recognition, facial-geometry extraction, or biometric identifier creation.

Editing data is deleted no later than 36 hours after creation.

1. Editing Inputs

Lyro uses only the inputs needed for the editing feature you choose.

Images you voluntarily upload or select for editing
Text prompts, brush strokes, masks, crop guides, adjustment settings, and tool choices
Generated previews, edited images, thumbnails, job status, and metadata needed to show your results
Account and technical identifiers needed to connect an edit job to your session, credits, and support history

2. Processing Location

Editing data is sent only to systems operated by Lyro to complete the edit you request.

We do not send uploaded images, prompts, masks, generated edits, or related AI editing data to third-party AI services for generation.

Operational services such as app stores, hosting, storage, security, diagnostics, and customer support may process limited non-generation information when needed to run the service, respond to users, or meet platform obligations.

3. Photos and Face Data

Uploaded images are used only as visual input for the editing workflow you select.

Lyro does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial-geometry data, and does not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images.

If an image contains a face, Lyro processes the image as visual content for the requested edit only.

4. No Training Use

We do not use personal information, uploaded images, prompts, masks, generated edits, support files, or other user content to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.

Service-quality review is limited to reliability, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and aggregated or de-identified operational trends where permitted by law.

5. Storage and Deletion

Uploaded images, prompts, masks, and generated edits may be stored briefly so you can view the result, retry an edit, recover a failed job, or receive support.

This editing data is automatically deleted from our servers no later than 36 hours after creation, even if you do not delete it yourself.

If you delete an edit or delete your account, related editing data is deleted or de-identified sooner, subject to lawful exceptions for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, and compliance.

6. Your Control

AI editing starts only after you choose an editing feature and provide the image, prompt, mask, or settings needed for that request.
Where accounts are available, edits can be managed in the app and accounts can be deleted from the account, profile, or settings area.
